The official source: why a short chain matters
This page is not an advertisement. It explains a specific mechanism: why a short chain reduces risk and what remains a risk regardless.
Batch control
When a product travels from the manufacturer straight to the buyer, the batch number ties unambiguously to a production run. If a problem is found in a run, recalling it is technically possible. In a long chain that link is lost.
Storage conditions
Many supplements are sensitive to temperature and humidity — particularly fatty components and probiotics. A short chain has fewer storage stages and each of them is more controlled.
In a Georgian summer that matters especially: a warehouse without air conditioning can reach 35 degrees.
Expiry date
In a long chain a product may spend months in intermediate warehouses. That does not make it dangerous, but it reduces the time left for you. In a short chain the remaining shelf life is usually longer.
Support and questions
If a question comes up about a product — composition, interactions, dosage — the official channel has a specific person responsible. With a third-party seller the answer is often "I don’t know, we only sell it".
What nobody can promise you
Honesty has to work both ways, so this part is necessary too.
- An official source does not mean the product will necessarily "work" for you
- It does not replace a doctor’s advice and does not give the product medicinal properties
- It does not rule out individual intolerance or allergy
- It reduces one specific risk — that of a counterfeit or badly stored product
Frequently asked questions
How do I know this is the official source?
An official channel has a specific contact person, confirms the order by phone and answers questions about the composition. Our order form passes your details to exactly that kind of channel.
Why can I not see one unambiguous price?
The price shown is the base price at the official producer. The final amount depends on the contents of the order and the delivery cost, which an operator confirms on the call.
