What data we collect

Through the order form: your name and phone number. Technically we also record the IP address, browser details and the page the order was sent from — that is needed to process the order and protect against fraud.

We collect no health data and never ask you to state a diagnosis.

Why and to whom we pass it

The name and phone number are passed to the partner’s system, whose operator calls you back to confirm the order. That transfer is a necessary condition of fulfilling the order and happens for no other purpose.

We do not sell data to third parties and do not use it for marketing mailings.

Cookies

We use no advertising or analytics cookies and have no third-party tracking scripts installed. That is exactly why there is no cookie banner on the site — there is no need for one.

Your browser’s local storage may keep UTM parameters if you arrived through a link. That data stays on your device.

Retention

Order data is kept for as long as the partner needs to process the order and to meet obligations set out in law.
