Amazon: buying supplements and what to watch for
Amazon is the world’s largest marketplace. This page is informational: we are not an Amazon partner and do not claim that products there are counterfeit.
Who sells on Amazon
A single Amazon listing may host dozens of sellers. The "Sold by" field shows who you are actually buying from; "Ships from" shows whose warehouse it leaves.
The safest combination: "Sold by" is the brand itself or Amazon, and "Ships from" is Amazon.
Commingled inventory
In Amazon’s FBA model, units of the same product from different sellers may be mixed in one bin. That means even when ordering from the official seller you can receive somebody else’s unit.
Delivery to Georgia
Amazon delivery to Georgia often requires a forwarder, which lengthens the chain further and adds time. For fatty components that is an additional factor.
Frequently asked questions
Is everything on Amazon counterfeit?
No. We do not claim that. The risk is linked to third-party sellers and a long chain, not to the platform itself.
What should I do if a product looks suspicious?
Do not use it, keep the packaging and contact the seller in writing through the platform.
